High-end wine storage individually tailored to your cellar
Chambrair creates a wine-tailored climatisation for every room, no matter what its size or appearance The assembly of the necessary Chambrair climate components is carried out on an individual basis during the creation of the quote, by customizing to your space situation.
The installation of the Chambrair wine cellar climatisation involves the installation of the individual components as well as the laying of the cooling technology and electrical connecting cables up to 7.5 m in length. Any necessary holes to be bored, connection of the electricity supply to the house service connection and sanitary installations are to be carried out by the customer.
The climate system consists of the following basic components:
- Climate equipment assembly: As the excess heat is dispensed here, a dry, well- ventilated location outside of the wine cellar is necessary for the installation. We use smooth compressors with acoustic-muffling suspension as standard. For especially difficult environmental conditions, the fitting of additional acoustic insulation lining is possible.
- Climate block: The installation within the wine cellar is carried out “surface-mounted,” (particularly on the ceiling), and with the integrated damping of structure-borne noise. A hygrostat to control the humidity level , multiple temperature sensors, speed-controlled ventilators, a germicidal lamp for a bacteria-free room environment, as well as all necessary refrigeration technology components are all integrated. Construction is carried out in a choice of copper or ground stainless steel.
- Electronic module: The technical equipment contained in this includes, according to the Association of German Electricians (VDE: Verband deutscher Elektrotechniker) wired switch relays, fuse elements, strip terminals and a metal housing. The function and fault indicator lights are located on the door of the electronic module, as well as the main circuit breaker for the wine climate construction. Installation should occur close to the climate unit.
- Microprocessor-controlled regulation: This ensures a precisely-controlled room temperature at a wine-friendly humidity level. In addition to exactly regulating room temperature and humidity, and runtime of the compressors, it also controls the revolution speed of the ventilators. Temperature stratification is thus prevented. They are integrated into the climate block or into the electronic module, according to the customer’s preferences- or stored in a separate control table over the entrance door of the wine cellar.
